The Golf GTI is the hot hatch: a small Volkswagen with enough pace that people shop it against coupes, then appreciate that it still has a liftgate. It is a trade at these stores, not a Volkswagen franchise car.
It also appears with sports and performance cars. The rest of the make is used Volkswagens. A calmer compact hatch is the Mazda3 Hatchback. See it in Tigard at Roger Kehdi Mitsubishi or in Newberg, depending on the listing, before you drive from Salem.
