Submit a Privacy Request
Use this form to submit a privacy request related to rskcars.com or one of the participating dealerships.
You may request:
- Access to personal information
- A copy or portable copy of personal information
- Correction of inaccurate personal information
- Deletion of certain personal information
- Opt-out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, advertising personalization, or certain profiling
- A list of certain third parties to whom personal information was disclosed, where applicable
- Appeal of a denied privacy request
Before You Submit
Select the dealership most closely connected to your request:

If your request is connected to a specific vehicle, include the year, make, model, VIN, or stock number if known.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, bank account numbers, payment card numbers, passwords, or full credit application information through this form.
How We Use Request Information
We use the information submitted through this form only to receive, verify, fulfill, document, and defend privacy requests. Submitting this form does not add you to a marketing list.
Verification
We may need additional information to verify your identity and connect your request to the correct dealership or website records.
For opt-out requests, we will not require full identity verification unless additional information is necessary to process the request or we have a good-faith basis to believe the request is fraudulent.
Authorized Agents
Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We may request proof of authority and may require the consumer to verify their identity directly, unless the law provides otherwise.
Response Timing
Where applicable, we generally respond within 45 days after receiving a privacy request. If reasonably necessary, we may extend the response period as permitted by law and will notify you of the extension.
Appeals
If we deny your request, you may appeal by submitting a new request and selecting Appeal a privacy decision, or by contacting us through our Contact Us page with the subject line Privacy Appeal.
